The price per tour and per traveller is fixed on the basis of the minimum number of participants mentioned in the tour offer. 6.2. All trips  TRIP DEENAt the time of invoicing, the price of the trip is firm, definitive and payable in euros. However, in accordance with the law, up to 30 days before departure, we may make upward or downward adjustments for the following two reasons:
1- Variations in the cost of transport, linked in particular to the cost of fuel and/or the cost of electricity.
2- Variations of more than 8% in the price of the holiday: The customer's agreement is only required if the upward variation in the price of the holiday exceeds 8% of the price of the holiday. Below this amount, the variation applies automatically. Examples: fees and taxes relating to the services provided, such as landing, embarkation and disembarkation taxes at ports and airports. TRIP DEEN will invoice you for the full additional cost incurred. The customer will be informed of this price variation as soon as possible and an amendment to the sales contract will be drawn up mentioning the proposed changes and, if applicable, their repercussions on the price of the trip. Within 7 days, the customer must inform TRIP DEEN of his decision. In the absence of a response from the customer, TRIP DEEN will consider that the customer accepts the new proposal. If the changes to the contract or the substitute service result in a reduction in the quality of the trip or stay or in its cost, the customer will be entitled to an appropriate price reduction. If the customer does not accept the change to the sales contract, TRIP DEEN will refund all payments made by or on behalf of the customer no later than fourteen days after the customer's notified decision without prejudice to any compensation.
